Why aren’t you against Homosexuality?: Because the sexual orientation of another person has nothing to do with me or how i perceive them.

I am a non-muslim woman, I wanted to consider wearing the hijab for modesty (or anything other reason) but I don’t know if it’s okay: The veil pre-dates Islam, as long as you don’t call it a hijab, then you’ll be okay. If you call it a hijab then it’ll take the religious connotation but if you simply call it a “veil” or a “headscarf” then there won’t be a religious context. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE BURQA OR ABAYA BECAUSE THOSE ARE DIRECTLY LINKED TO ISLAM AND MIDDLE EASTERN CULTURE SO LADY GAGA IS STILL APPROPRIATING THE BURQA AND DON’T BE A SMARTASS BECAUSE YOU WILL SOUND REALLY DUMB IF YOU TRY.
